Registration
In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration
form on-line or through one of our sales representatives. During registration a user is required to
give their contact information (such as name and email address) and unique
identifiers (such as social security number). This information is used to
contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed
interest. It is optional for the user to provide demographic information
(such as income level and gender), but encouraged so we can provide a more
personalized experience on our site.

may be shared with payment clearinghouses for the purpose of completing the
payment for the purchase of products and services. Such information is secure
and is encrypted, and will not be shared by the clearinghouses with any other
entity other than to process the payment.

Wise Exchange, LLC maintains physical, electronic, and
procedural safeguards for information collected through the use of its Web
site that comply with legal requirements to safeguard Member Information.
But, we have no control over the security of other sites on the Internet you
visit, interact with, or from which you buy products or services.

employees who need to know that information to provide products or services

is your efforts to protect against unauthorized access to your wireless
device, user name and password and to your computer. Also, be sure to sign

An important benefit of your member relationship with Wise
Exchange, LLC is the opportunity to receive offers for products and services
from Wise Exchange, LLC. We try to provide these offers to members who are
most likely to find them of value. In addition, we release personally
identifiable and other account information when we believe release is
appropriate to comply with the law.
At the time of registration, a member will be able to
"opt in" or "opt out" of receiving such offers, and can
change their option at any time afterward.
Access to Personal Identifiable Information
A member has the opportunity at any time to review, correct
and change their personal identifiable information. Access to this
information is available after the member logs into the Web Site and selects
the "View/Edit Personal Information" Button on the "What Do
You Want To Do?" Screen.
User Authentication Process
Only a member can access their personal identification
information. At the time of registration, the member will receive a unique
Log-on and Password send via secure email to the email address chosen by the
member. The member will be able to change their log-on and password
information at any time. If the member cannot recall their log-on and
password, the software will automatically send the information to the email
address originally specified by the member to receive such secure
information.
The Log-on and Password information and the Type-I financial
personal identifiable information is not available to any Wise Exchange, LLC
member support personnel.
Privacy Notice of "Link's to Other Web Sites.
Wise Exchange, LLC provides "links" to other web
sites of businesses and other entities that the member has the option of
clicking on the link to view the other web site. Wise Exchange, LLC does not
have any control over whether those web sites subscribe to the Wise Exchange,
LLC or similar Privacy Notice.
Former Members
If you decide to terminate your member relationship with us,
or your account becomes inactive or is closed for some other reason, we will
continue to treat and safeguard your Member Information as described in this
Notice.
Site and Service Updates
Wise Exchange, LLC sends Members site and service announcement updates.
Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which
contain important information about our service. We communicate with the user
to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their
account via email or phone.
